Our methodology is built on clarity — small groups, deeper focus, consistent repetition, and honest correction. The result is technical development and confidence that shows on match day.
Most youth programs are about volume — more players, more games, more confusion. INT2Soccer is built on the opposite: fewer players, deeper focus, and real technical progress you can see on match day.
A maximum of 8 players per session means every touch is coached. Feedback is immediate, individual, and specific.
Players repeat the same fundamental actions each cycle — not dozens of new drills. Mastery comes from depth, not breadth.
This is intentional supplemental training. Players don't replace their club — they come here to build the technical foundation their team environment can't provide.
Mistakes aren't failures — they're feedback. Confidence is built through honest correction and structured repetition.
Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter cycles. Consistent training builds consistent players.
Sessions are focused, intentional, and progressive — not drop-in. Every session builds on the last.
With over 15 years of experience developing players, Eric built INT2Soccer around a simple belief: every player should have the opportunity to truly understand the game and express themselves with confidence.
His approach is grounded in clarity — helping players know exactly what to do with the ball and execute it cleanly under pressure. Through focused, structured sessions built on repetition and honest correction, players develop the technical foundation that carries into the game.
Every session focuses on the first, second, and third touch — the moments that define a player's effectiveness in any match.
Progress comes from daily habits and structured repetition — not one-off sessions. Eric designed every cycle around this truth.
Players can make mistakes, receive honest feedback, and build real confidence that carries into match day.
Confidence isn't given. It's earned through repetition and honest correction.
Players learn to create space before receiving, using spatial awareness and movement to stay ahead of pressure.
Body positioning and directional first touch set the foundation for every action. Get the touch right, and the rest follows.
Knowing what to do before the ball arrives — choosing the right action quickly and executing with clarity under pressure.

Confidence through repetition and correction. Training focuses on the first, second, and third touch — creating space, and executing the next action with purpose. INT2Soccer focuses on the technical foundations that appear in every match:
INT2Soccer training operates in 8-week development cycles. Each cycle focuses on refining core technical actions through structured repetition and correction. Instead of introducing dozens of exercises, players work consistently on the same fundamental actions so they can execute them naturally in game situations. This approach allows players to develop through depth and consistency.
Each group is limited to 8 players to maximize repetition and allow for detailed coaching and feedback. This is a core part of the INT2Soccer model — not a circumstance, but a design choice that ensures every player receives meaningful, individual attention every session.
This program is designed for players who are serious about improving their technical ability and who value detail and consistent work. Players who benefit most are those who are open to feedback and repetition — and who understand that real development takes time and commitment.
INT2Soccer is not designed as a recreational drop-in program or casual play environment. Sessions are focused, intentional, and built around repetition. If a player is looking for unstructured scrimmage time or a social environment, this program may not be the right fit.
The program is built on consistency and commitment. Players are expected to:
Training groups are organized by development stage: 9–11, 12–14, and 15–17 years old. Players are placed in the group that best matches their age and development level.
